Desert Delights
This piece is all about the edgy contrast and hot beauty of the southwest. My favorite detail might be the purple Mojave thistles, wildflowers I harvested myself on a hike through the Superstition Mountains. The aloe flowers were in season also so I harvested those from a friend who had them blooming abundantly in his yard. I love the architectural quality of the air plant, their sharp shadows reminiscent of that desert sunlight. And the succulents seem to have a sort of royal stature to them, big and ponderous and sprawling. The desert romanced me and out came this desert based bouquet!

Available in small, 12”x12” (Edition of 100), medium 18”x18” (Edition of 50) Large 26”x 26” (Edition of 25) and Extra Large 38”x38” (Edition of 10). Prints are shipped either in a flat mailer or in a mailing tubes depending on size. All prints come unframed, but with a 1” border for easy presentation or for you to easily source a standard frame if desired. Please note that the 1” border all around means that when you order a small the total paper size measures 12”x12”, while the printed images measures 10”x10”.
